Ok, here goes the first all digital page for IND. ..or more specifically the first ROUGH SKETCH done all digitally. It has been a few weeks (I think so anyhow, time keeps getting lost) since I put up a page, so I thought I would post the roughs as a bit of a spoiler for you all.

And in the spirit of good spoilership (it's a word that works) I invite everyone to fill in their own dialog for this page. I'm curious to see what you come up with for fight scene talk.

The finished page should hopefully be done soon..ish.

Good luck with the digital page it's hard to make the transition.

Ok, panel 1: Ok class, what am I holding up?

2: Clayton - An ax
3: No,
5: Well it is a hatchet.
6: That is an ax, shit smuggler!
7: Limbo!
8: Fuck, more limbo
9: Wait!
10: I said, "wait"
11: God, you can't listen can you?
12: Fine, I'll kick you in the kidney.

Whoa!! Nice jiujitsu moves. I'm not very good at portraying martial arts action. I don't know any moves.

Nice layout. I too plan on switching to digital some time in the future.

Thankies!! I try to make things as realistic as I can. I don't know a lot on ninjitsu, some small and large circle judo and a lot of TKD, so you will be seeing more of those upcoming.

I do like the digital drawing more than I thought I would. It really gives me a lot more flexibility when drawing. I can edit easier, sketch two different scenes in one panel and compare them, or change panel sizes at will, or whats IN the panel.
Though nothing beats paper and pens for hands on nostalgia and such.
I think Ill stay digital though...the plusses outweigh the negative most ways. Once I get the border size and fonts straightened up it should be all good.

Thanks for reading!!

Looks great!

All I've got for dialog is onomatopoeias.

Waa aah!

Hehehe...I like those. Reminds me of the Batman TV show "BAP" "POW" thingeys.

..I may have to use this.
